QuickBowl is an AI-powered recipe generator and meal planning app. You tell it what ingredients you have, and it creates personalized recipes you can cook right now — with full nutrition info, shopping lists, and step-by-step instructions.

Hi, I'm Calvin Koleszar, the founder of QuickBowl, based in San Diego. My wife, Kasi, and I love cooking together, but as parents, weeknight dinners are the hardest part of the day. We kept running into the same problem: a fridge full of groceries, no idea what to make, and good food going bad before we used it.

That waste adds up. The USDA estimates a family of four throws away about $1,500 of food a year. So I built QuickBowl. Tell it what you already have, and it turns that into dinner, so less goes to waste and you buy less you don't need.

QuickBowl is built and operated by QuickBowl LLC. We're die-hard San Diego Padres fans, which is why QuickBowl wears brown and gold.
